As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring high customer satisfaction through top-notch customer service and sales support.

Who are we looking for?

Due to the recent promotion of one of our Customer Care Specialists to a managerial role, we are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our team in Søborg, supporting our Swedish operations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, and thrive in an organized and structured work environment.

Cooperation and commitment are key attributes we value, along with a drive for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our team consisting of 3 Swedish and 3 Danish members, where we function both independently and collectively to ensure we provide the highest level of Customer Care.

Located at our modern headquarters in Søborg, we cultivate a dynamic open-office atmosphere, where you'll have the autonomy to manage your tasks, a chance to contribute to personal and process development, all while enjoying the journey.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure top-tier customer and sales support
  • Maintain accurate customer contact information in our CRM system ACE (Salesforce)
  • Foster fluent communication with internal and external customers
  • Manage orders, including providing Back Order information to customers and sales
  • Handle commercial complaints effectively
  • Collaborate with OBSE (Other Business Support Entities)
  • Coordinate Material Master data to ensure accuracy
  • Register and follow up on Demo and Rental assets
  • Provide support for bids and offers on orders
  • Enter and coordinate sales contracts and price agreements
  • Assist in uploading and updating customer contract items and price
  • Undertake other Customer Care-related tasks assigned by management

Your qualification

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organized and structured work approach
  • Excellent cooperation and communication skills
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English, Danish proficiency is considered a plus
